There are two types of garage floor paint latex or oil-based ........ Latex, and no u do not need a prime .... I have just the floors in my business, I am ...... done by the mech What U need is to wash the floor with a degreaser and let dry for 24 hours ... u can then paint .. u can paint at Home Depot or hardware-r get is a painting that can u throw sand just before it dries, it should not do if the water slipery

ReplyDeleteDegrees and burn the ground and apply one or two coats of paint Waterborn garage floor epoxy (with or without spots), available at most paint stores (Coronado comes to mind, but I think that Porter and Sherwin Williams also has a number of product, and the crew are in the shops knowleges on the product they sell)

ReplyDeleteTo run a scratch on the floor, all "high" Remove dirt. Then use a degreaser such as TSP. There are special paints, epoxy garage floor, but can be expensive. You can paint the house, to use, you must take only a thin layer of sand on it until it is dry. The sand is not as good, non-slip surface.

ReplyDeleteC. Use of Tea (trisodium phosphate) clean and remove a pressure washer every stubborn fat. Then with a garage as a painting .. both hands should be good ..
